Hi, I’m Yujia. I coach mission-driven professionals in climate to build impactful and satisfying careers.

My journey in climate change began over a decade ago when I pursued a Master’s degree in renewable energy at Imperial College. Since then, I’ve worked towards driving the energy transition at a range of organisations including Shell Renewables, National Grid ESO, and Piclo.

While my career has centered around driving systemic change, I’ve always felt a strong pull toward helping individuals more directly. Five years ago, I began volunteering at a suicide-prevention charity, offering confidential, non-judgmental support for individuals over face-to-face appointments. This transformative experience taught me the power of acceptance, empathy, and hope—values that continue to shape how I approach both work and life.

As I took on more leadership roles at work, I’ve come to understand that my true motivation wasn’t projects or profits—it was people. I’m at my best when I’m building cultures that enable teams to thrive, and when I’m helping individuals grow in their careers. This realisation inspired me to found The Climate Circle, a community where women in climate change can have open conversations, build authentic connections, and collaborate meaningfully.

Now, through 1:1 coaching, I focus on helping professionals passionate about tackling climate change elevate their impact while finding greater satisfaction. Because I firmly believe that we are not going to solve the climate crisis without happy, thriving people at work.

I look forward to connecting with you and supporting your journey.
